Oliver Woodley - Founder

Born on the coast and raised in the bush, Oliver has a passion for birds and Aussie wildlife. He’s a wildlife carer and an amateur ornithologist. With more than 15 years experience in design, media and storytelling, Oliver is using his skillset to champion the conservation of birds across the world with the Aves initiative.Through merging creativity and conservation, Oliver’s goal is for Aves to inspire more people to step up in the fight to protect birds. 🦜❤️

   

Glenn Woodley (RIP) - Inspiration

Painting since age 14, Glenn’s artworks are strongly influenced by Jamaican 'street art of the third world'. Glenn believes every painting is a song, and every exhibition is an album, and describes most of his work as 'visual reggae'. Glenn’s passion for art and animals were a driving inspiration for Aves, with Glenn providing creative direction in the founding days. 🦜🎨

Contributor and advocate for the Aves bird-work, Rebecca and Bubbles the Cockatiel are the official North American ambassadors. Rebecca is an avid wildlife carer, environmentalist and artist. Sharing Bubbles story with the world, Rebecca is a passionate member of the bird-loving community. 🦜🌱
